Our Story 我們的故事
Founded by experienced yoga teachers Ann da Silva and Keiki To, Flo Yoga began as Glo Yoga many moons ago in beautiful Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Since then the team has moved to Hong Kong and has changed its name to Flo Yoga.
We recognize that the practice of yoga is a life long journey and we are here to provide professional and inspiring yoga classes and trainings so each student can grow as they wish.
We teach through experience, through our own learning, and from our hearts. We do not teach “just asanas”, but everything yoga: both on and off the mat.
Flo Yoga由資深的瑜伽導師 Ann da Silva（安老師）聯同 Keiki To（杜老師）一起，在美麗的加拿大溫哥華以 Glo Yoga 的名義創立，搬回香港後經過沈澱並易名為Flo Yoga。
我們認識到瑜伽的練習是一個終生的旅程，因此我們專業及極具啟發性的瑜伽課程和培訓，讓每位學員都能隨心成長。
我們用真心，以熱誠，透過分享我們自身的經驗和知識來教學： 我們並不會只教體式， 而是教授所有的無論是在墊上還是在墊下生活日常的：瑜伽。
