Class Guideline & Etiquette - 課堂指引及禮儀

1. Class Booking, Cancellations & Attendance 課堂預約、取消和出席

Class Bookings - 預約課堂


  • Class bookings can be made 4 days in advance. It is important that you book your class in advance since some classes are quite full.
  • We also limit our class sizes so that they are not overcrowded. If a class you wish to take is full, we will put you on the waiting list and notify you as soon as possible if any booking is cancelled.


  • 你可於課堂開始前四天登記預約。由於部分課堂的報名人數眾多,請先及早預約課堂。
  • 為使學員能於理想及舒適的環境下練習瑜伽,課堂均設人數上限。若課堂已經額滿,我們會先把閣下列入候補名單,任何學員臨時取消預約,我們會盡快通知閣下。


Cancellations - 取消預約


  • Please cancel your booking 3 hours in advance if you cannot attend the pre-booked class so that we can release your booking to waitlisted students.
  • 3 or more cumulative late cancellations and/or no-shows over a consecutive 30-day period will result in: your booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for first-time offenders; and thereafter, advance booking will not be allowed for one month or your class attendance restricted to in-person standby only.


  • 請於課堂前三小時取消已預約之課堂,讓我們有充足時間通知等候名單上的學員填補空缺。
  • 如於連續三十天內累積三次缺席及/或臨時取消已預約之課堂: 首次違規學員,預約課堂的權利將被暫停兩星期;如再次違規,將被暫停預約課堂一個月,學員須親身於課堂開始前到達,等候候補名額。


Waiting List - 等候名單


  • When a reservation is cancelled more than 2 hours before the class time, a place will be opened to students on the waiting list. The system will send you an email confirming your booking.
  • No overlapping within the same time slot is allowed – this applies to both confirmed and waitlist bookings.


  • 取消預約(上課時間前兩小時或以上)的空缺位置會自動放出給等候名單上的學員以填補空缺。如果候補成功,系統會向你發送一封電子郵件通知你,確認你已成功預約課程。
  • 在同一時段內,學員不可同時預約或等候相同時間的課堂。


Standby - 候補課堂


  • For all late cancellations (less than 3 hours before class time) or no-shows, we do not have time to confirm waitlisted students. These places will be given to students on standby. Your position on the waiting list has no influence on your standby position. They are two separate lists.
  • You must be physically present at the yoga center to add your name to the standby list. Standby list opens 30 minutes before class, on a first-come, first-served basis. 5 minutes before a class starts, our staff will start releasing available places for students on standby.


  • 對於所有臨時取消已預約之課堂 (上課時間前2小時內)或缺席的空缺位置,我們將沒有足夠時間去確認等候名單上的學員。這些空缺位置由現場等候的學員補上。等候名單和到達候補名單的位置並沒有關連。它們是兩個獨立的名單。
  • 學員必須親自到達瑜伽中心登記到達候補名額。現場候補在課堂前30分鐘開始輪候, 位置先到先得。現場候補名單上的學員將於課堂開始前5分鐘被通知。



2. Arrival At The Studio - 到達瑜伽館

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class to check in and prepare for class. All classes start on time. No late-comer is allowed into the classes.


  • 請於課堂開始前10至15分鐘到達登記,以便辦理登記手續及更衣等。所有課堂均會準時進行,為尊重他人,遲到學員將不得進入瑜伽課室。


Sign-In - 登記


  • You must check in at the front desk before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a place in advance.
  • Please show a photo ID or your FLO YOGA card at the Front Desk to sign in and obtain a locker key for your belongings.  No entrance to the classroom are allowed until member has been signed in.
  • On your first visit, you need to fill in a Guest Registration Form. Please be sure to sign the disclaimer and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions.
  • Please scan ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ and scan your "Vaccination Card" to record your visit.  According to govt regulations, only Blue LeaveHomeSafe code holders are allowed in the premises.  Thank you for your support and understanding.


  • 縱使閣下已經預約課堂,你仍需在課堂開始前於服務櫃台辦理登記手續。
  • 請於服務櫃台出示附有相片的證件或 FLO YOGA卡以辦理登記手續和索取儲物櫃鎖匙,未登記的學員將不可參與課堂。首次參加瑜伽課堂的學員,請提早到館預留時間填寫學員登記表格,說明其個人健康狀況及身體是否曾經受到傷害及簽署免責聲明。
  • 進入課室前,請先掃描「安心出行」與 「疫苗通行證」。依法例規定,只有「安心出行」藍碼持有者才能進入本處所,多謝諒解。


Personal Belongings - 私人物品


  • All bags and bulky items must be stored in the storage lockers provided and should not be taken into the class to prevent tripping hazards.
  • FLO YOGA does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of all items in the lockers. Daily lockers are not for overnight use. Any items in the lockers will be cleared at the end of each day.


  • 所有袋子背包等物品必須存放在提供的儲物櫃中,不得帶入課室以免有絆倒危險。
  • 儲物櫃內任何物品如有遺失或損毀,FLO YOGA將不會負上任何責任。儲物櫃只限課堂當日使用,儲物櫃每晚均會被清空。



3. Preparation Before Class - 課前準備

  • We will provide everything you will need for your practice: mats, props, towels and other tools as needed by the teacher.
  • It is best not to eat a heavy meal at least 2-3 hours before class.  Light snacking can be ok if you are very hungry.
  • Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water before and after class.
  • Tell your instructor about any injuries, recent surgeries or pregnancy so he/she can give you adjustments to the poses accordingly.


  • FLO YOGA會為你提供練習瑜伽所需物品,包括瑜伽墊、輔助配件、毛巾及其他所需用品。
  • 上課前2至3小時應避免進食以免造成不適,如非常飢餓,建議可吃一點輕食。
  • 上課前後請多補充水份。
  • 若你身體某部位曾經受傷、近期手術、懷孕、或有任何不適,請於上課前先通知老師,老師將會因應你的情況而調整練習姿勢。



4. Class Etiquettes - 上課禮儀

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.  Late-comers are not allowed into the classrooms in order not to disturb the class and to prevent injury from not adequate warm ups.
  • Silence is golden : please refrain from talking in the studio so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of others.
  • No eating in the studio is allowed.
  • Studios are barefoot zones: Please remove your shoes before entering the studio. Keep your shoes in the shoe cabinets. We have sanitised in-house slippers available in the changing room and Shoe lockers are also available for rental.
  • No mobile phones : Do not bring your mobile phones or any electronic devices into the studio.
  • To help conserving the environment, each member will be given 1 sweat towel and 1 bath towel free of charge.  Any extra towels will incur a towel rental fee.
  • Please be always courteous to staff and other students.
  • Members are reminded that the teacher's role is to guide and assist students through the class, which may not include the demonstration of all postures.
  • Please wear a mask in the centre and during class during Covid-19.
  • Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  


  • 請在課程開始前 10至15分鐘到達登記,遲到者不得進入課室,以免打擾課堂及因沒有足夠熱身而受傷。
  • 沉默是金:請不要在課室裡交談,以免打擾他人的平靜與安寧。
  • 請勿在課室內進食。
  • 課室內必須赤腳 :  進入課室前請脫掉鞋子,並放在鞋櫃內,更衣室內備有已消毒拖鞋,我的心們更提供儲物鞋櫃租用。
  • 課室內嚴禁使用手機 : 切勿將手機帶進課室之內。
  • 為了保護環境,請節約使用毛巾, 每位練習學員可免費拿取一條汗巾與一條浴巾,額外毛巾將會令作收費。
  • 學員及員工之間請時刻保持互相尊重及禮讓。
  • 老師在課堂上擔當著指導及幫助學生的角色,不一定會完全示範所有的瑜伽式子。
  • 疫情期間在館內請配戴口罩。
  • 多謝諒解和支持。
