We are dedicated to sharing the teachings of traditional yoga as taught by Sri Krishnamacharya.
Flo Yoga 由資深的瑜伽導師 Ann da Silva（安老師）聯同 Keiki To（杜老師）一起，在美麗的加拿大溫哥華以 Glo Yoga 的名義創立。
搬回香港後經過沈澱並易名為Flo Yoga Academy，現時已是享譽亞洲的瑜伽師資培訓機構之一。

Specialized Themed Classes 主題練習課堂
Unlike regular yoga studios, we do not offer memberships or packages—everything is pay-as-you-go, making it as simple and affordable as possible. Additionally, our head teachers are often on the road, teaching and exploring the world, so we can offer specialized themed classes on a limited basis. Be sure to follow us for monthly updates!
與一般瑜伽館不同，我們不提供會員制或套票——所有課程均為按次收費，讓你的體驗變得既簡單又經濟實惠。此外，我們的首席老師們都經常在外授課和探索世界，因此我們只能夠限量推出專業主題課程。有興趣練習的同學，請務必關注我們的每月更新喔！
Trainings & Workshops 培訓與工作坊
In the past decade, Flo Yoga Academy have trained thousands of outstanding professional yoga teachers around the world, covering China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, the United States and Canada, Turkey, Romania, Vietnam and other places. Hundreds of which are already studio owners or teacher trainers themselves.
Programs that we offer range from the basic RYT200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training to a vast curriculum of intensives and trainings that form a part of our RYT500 Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Please browse our Training Page for details.
We teach through experience, through our own learning, and from our hearts. We do not teach “just asanas”, but everything yoga: both on and off the mat.
