Here and Now

Led by experienced Yoga teacher trainers Ann Da Silva and Keiki To, Flo Yoga Academy is one of Asia's foremost yoga teacher training facility.   

In the past decade, we have trained thousands of outstanding professional yoga teachers around the world, covering China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, the United States and Canada, Turkey, Romania, Vietnam and other places.  Hundreds of which are already studio owners or teacher trainers themselves.  

We teach through experience, through our own learning, and from our hearts. We do not teach “just asanas”, but everything yoga: both on and off the mat.

由資深的瑜伽導師 Ann da Silva（安老師）聯同 Keiki To（杜老師)主理的 Flo Yoga Academy ，是享譽亞洲的瑜伽師資培訓機構之一。

過去的十多年裏，我們培育了世界各地數千名優秀的專業瑜伽老師，遍布中國、香港、臺灣、澳門、美加、土耳其、羅馬尼亞、越南等地。 其中數百人已成為館主或成功的培訓導師; 九成以上畢業學員都已是全職或兼職教學，多年的國際和本地培訓皆口碑戴譽，一直都是專業瑜伽導師的信心保證。

我們用真心，以熱誠，透過分享我們自身的經驗和知識來教學： 我們並不會只教體式， 而是教授無論是在墊上還是在墊下生活日常的：瑜伽 。
