Olivia’s love for physical fitness began at the early age of six learning Chinese folk dance. With a steady foundation, she explored other means of exercise and began yoga around 2011. The practice energized her physically and grounded her mentally, inspiring her to embark on her first yoga teacher training in 2016.
Nothing makes Olivia happier than to see her students progressing in their practices.
Yoga has become an indispensable part of her life and she wishes for her students to leave the class with a deeper understanding of yoga and to find balance in their mind, body and soul.
從六歲起便練習中國舞的 Olivia在2011年邂逅瑜伽,自此便發現瑜伽不單激活了她的身體,更幫助沉澱她的情緒,從而找到身心靈的平衡。她在2016年成為導師,開啟了她分享與學習瑜伽之路。 Olivia深深感受到,沒有比看到學員在持續練習中進步,能讓她更為滿足。學員也成為了她的靈感和進步的原動力。 她期望學員能像自己一樣,能夠透過瑜伽,找到體式之外的內在平靜,與身心靈的平衡。
